I'd switch the main page to a blog format, have 1 forum instead of many (you will never fill the other forums and just have a blank site until there is a critical mass of users). Describe what you are trying to do with the clan, point to your big thread on b net or summarize it, have some really good stuff about practicing (like tell us the custom maps we can use to practice micro)... but put these as threads in the forum...
maybe use the blizz starcraft fansite kit instead of this forum thing... dunno.
